This app provides the ability to view patrons waiting at your establishment outside the Host application on independant devices. The WaitList app can be configured in Public, Private and Filtered modes and the information that appears in each of these waitlists is configured in the Host appliction.

WaitList Configuration Modes

Public Mode Designed to be viewed by the patrons waiting at your establishment for example, in the waiting room. Sensative and private information should never be visible in the public waitlist.
Private Mode Designed to be viewed by people who work at or support your establishment. WaitList apps running on devices configured in private mode should be found in areas where only people who work at or support you establishment can see them.
Filtered Mode Designed to be viewed on an individual/personal device of a person who works at or support your establishment. WaitList apps running on devices configured in filtered mode should be associated with an indiviual person and not shared. An example of how this configuration might be used is by an individual doctor in an office or an individual stylist in a salon.
NOTE for Filtered mode to work, you must have configured the item from the check-in form that will be used filter each waitlist. For example, 'Person To See'

Overveiw of WaitList Mode Configuration

Enter the IP Address and port number from the Host applicaiton. This information can be found in the top right hand corner of the Flex Check-In Host application, then click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

Select the desired WaitList type for this instance of the application and click Configure.

The Private WaitList shows all information selected to appear in the WaitList configuration section of the Host application.

The Public WaitList shows all information selected to appear in the WaitList configuration section of the Host application and is styled as specifiied.

The Filtered WaitList shows the information selected in the WaitList configuration section of the Host application along with any notes entered during check-in.

Swipe to the right from the start of a Filtered WaitList row to remove it from the list.
